Join a vibrant hands-on cooking class where you’ll learn how to prepare some of the most popular African and Caribbean dishes.

During the experience you will prepare:

• Jollof rice
• Jerk chicken (or vegetarian option)
• Fried plantain
• Fresh house slaw

Your host will guide you step-by-step, sharing cooking tips, cultural stories and the history behind these iconic dishes.

At the end of the class everyone sits down together to enjoy the meal.
